Maldon Court Prep School's new website went live on 2nd December, beginning a communications project which will build over the coming weeks and months. Plans to build upon this foundation communications channel include the use and full understanding of effective social media and new blog, and newsletter design and delivery.
Despite having utter confidence both in your product and marketing strategy, something is preventing prospective parents from actually enrolling their child in your school. They have viewed the website, seen the professionally produced prospectus, enjoyed seeing the school in action on an Open Day and even had a personal tour from the Head Teacher – but still no joy!
Henry Ford tell us "Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success." These fine words often give us the incentive to create a team building exercise - but how often are these good intentions hijacked by those who are overly competitive, those who are anxious and become introvert, or the cynics who groan and become obstructive.
