Marketing Your School Event

Richard Mitchell and Claire Armstrong will be joined by Sue Keogh to deliver this course at ISA Headquarters in Great Chesterford.  Sign up to attend -  ISA non-members very welcome.

Suitable for: Heads, SLT Members, Registrar/Admissions

This course is designed to give an overview of tactics and practical tips to help you put in place a strategy to successfully market your school.
In order to capture a fair share of the local/national market, it is imperative that schools utilise manpower and budget, however limited, to formulate a marketing strategy and then deliver this effectively.

Mitchell-Armstrong is pleased to announce the launch of its newest website build

Maldon Court Prep School's new website went live on 2nd December, beginning a communications project which will build over the coming weeks and months. Plans to build upon this foundation communications channel include the use and full understanding of effective social media and new blog, and newsletter design and delivery.

To survey or not to survey; that is the question?

To survey or not to survey; that is the question?

Despite having utter confidence both in your product and marketing strategy, something is preventing prospective parents from actually enrolling their child in your school. They have viewed the website, seen the professionally produced prospectus, enjoyed seeing the school in action on an Open Day and even had a personal tour from the Head Teacher – but still no joy!

Never underestimate the power of team building

Henry Ford tell us "Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success." These fine words often give us the incentive to create a team building exercise - but how often are these good intentions hijacked by those who are overly competitive, those who are anxious and become introvert, or the cynics who groan and become obstructive.

A mention in the IAPS newsletter

Delighted to see that we were featured in this week's Independent Association of Prep Schools (IAPS) newsletter. As a new business, it is really pleasing to see the support we're getting from all across the educational network. Just in case you didn't receive it, here is what the article said.

Social media update

The recently-launched Mitchell-Armstrong website will benefit from full implementation of social media channels during the course of the next week. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube will be the first channels to be embedded. Watch this space.
